Returns process

  1. If you've bought an item and it develops a fault we may be able fix it under warranty and we will always try to repair your item in a timely manner at no cost to yourself - if you're having difficulties or things do go wrong, please contact us! We can't help if we don't know and genuinely no problem is too small!
  2. If you have changed your mind and no longer want your purchase you have 31 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it / you will recieve the total amount paid minus a 20% restocking fee. This fee is charged for the time spent in wiping, installing and refurbishing it ready to resell.

EXAMPLE: Customer bought a £200 laptop and used it for 2 weeks and decided he doesn't get on well with the Facebook - Customer would recieve a £160 refund.

  3. To be eligible for a return you need to return it in the same condition that you received it.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and where applicable QC guide detailing warranty length. Some items are sold as clearance and this will be stated in your information pack.
  5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (where applicable) will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.
